Commemoration of World Water Day and launch of UN World Water Development Report

Commemorating World Water Day, a pivot event will be hosted on 19 March 2019 at the Palais des Nations, home of the United Nations Office at Geneva. During the event, the United Nations World Water Development Report 2019 will be launched and the winner of the Stockholm Water Prize announced.

Water Governance and International Water Law training in Africa

GWP is organising a training on Water Governance and International Water Law (IWL) in Africa together with partner organisations. The training takes place in Kampala, Uganda, 25-27 June 2018. Up to 40 people can participate, with funding available for 20 Africa-based participants.

Call for Expression of Interest for the AU/NEPAD Central and Eastern African Network of Water Centres of Excellence (CEANWATCE).

Launched by NEPAD on 1st Februray, the Call for Expression of Interest for Universities and Research Institutions in Water Sciences to constitute and become members of the AU/NEPAD Central and Eastern African Network of Water Centres of Excellence (AU/NEPAD CEANWATCE), is expected to receive Application until next 28th February 2017.
