Citation for a dataset: Dataset citations should include at least the following content: [Producer], [Release Year], [Dataset]. [Version]. NASA EOSDIS Land Processes DAAC, USGS Earth Resources Observation and Science (EROS) Center, Sioux Falls, South Dakota (https://lpdaac.usgs.gov), accessed [MM DD, YYYY], at http:// dx.doi.org/[DOI]. A Digital Object Identifier (DOI) has been assigned to all LP DAAC data products with the exception of MODIS Version 5 products. The DOI can be found on each individual product information page, accessible through Dataset Discovery or the Product Tables webpages. A citation generator is provided on each product page for your convenience. Example for a dataset:NASA LP DAAC, 2015, ASTER Level 1 Precision Terrain Corrected Registered At-Sensor Radiance. Version 3. NASA EOSDIS Land Processes DAAC, USGS Earth Resources Observation and Science (EROS) Center, Sioux Falls, South Dakota (https://lpdaac.usgs.gov), accessed January 1, 2016, at http://dx.doi.org/10.5067/ASTER/AST_L1T.003. Example for a subset of a dataset: NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), 2013, NASA Shuttle Radar Topography Mission United States 1 arc second. Version 3. 6oS, 69oW.
