I have received the following communication from Andrea Leone (JRC) re the International Workshop which forms part of our project:

We will start organizing the conference after march, now we are very concentrated on the World Water Forum in Marseille and we run out of time.
What I can tell is that:
- It will be in Italy (Ispra)
- Participants from Latin America, China, Europe, Western and Southern Africa
- A call for presentation will be launched in April
- 3 – 4 days including a field trip
- It will be oriented to: presenting results from the projects, exchanging experience, promoting the own activities of the Centres of Excellence, planning new activities
- Proceedings will be published
