Water in the Urban Environment & Water Innovation Europe 2013

Bringing Research to the Market

16th-18th April 2013

Brussels

The key to good water governance is finding the right balance between science & policy, and the successful implementation of innovative solutions.

Water Innovation Europe 2012 brought together stakeholders from science, policy and industry, providing a platform to discuss the progress and the development of the European water sector. WssTP* will reflect the great success of the event in Water Innovation Europe 2013, strengthening it through partnership with COST*.

Water in the Urban Environment is planned as a onetime transdisciplinary event organised to showcase the results achieved through COST funded networks focusing on the water-related challenges of urban areas.

COST and WssTP are joining forces in a 3-day event dedicated to providing innovative solutions for water-related challenges in the urban context and turning research results into marketable solutions:“Bringing Research to the Market”. The event will contribute to the implementation of the European Innovation Partnership on water.

This is a unique opportunity to get involved and contribute to a keystone event the results of which will inspire coordination between science, policy and industry in the water sector.

More information on the full programme and the registration process will be available soon.
