Previous minutes from the meeting with Prof.Cloete on 30 November 2012 was approved.

NE was giving feedback on the SETA meeting which presented opportunities for NEPAD SANWATCE to collaborate with.

NH was presenting 3 quotes for the design of the business plan. It was agreed to use SUNMEDIA as they are the cheapest and affiliated with SU.

Action Items

• DM to contact Bongani Maseko from DST to get contact list from DG’s to start planning the DG workshop in 2013.
• DM to follow up with Riana Wilson (ext.2967) regarding international payments from EU-JRC (milestone 1) to the nodes.
• DM to focus on task KM 2.3 to assist Murray with the development of educational material.
• DM to complete voyage policy for NEPAD SANWATCE  by 8 December 2012.
• NH to summarize Topic 1 on the e-conference and to upload it on Aquaknow.
• NH to send out Waternet report to all NEPAD SANWATCE members.

NE was invited by EU-JRC to attend the West African Water Centres of Excellence workshop in Nigeria 11-14 February 2013.
