1. CETA

·         The project is for the Water Institute, maybe in the future NEPAD SANWATCE will be part of it

·         Supreme Sebata to lead the project with CETA

·         NE to aid with the proposal

1. Strategic Plan

·         NE presented the designing and printing quotes to Prof. Cloete

·         Prof. Cloete shelved the printing for now and asked that the Secretariat wait until after the DG meeting

·         DM to acquire DG list for the meeting in 2013

1. JRC Project

·         UWC contract needs to be finalized before the payment can go through

·         DM updated on KM 2.3 – contacted de Clerq and Chiwa

·         DM to follow up until the end of the week, start of the holiday

1. Voyage Policy

·         NH tabled some issues which were discussed

·         NH to approach International Office with remaining issues
