Developer Documentation for Guidelines:
* Theme system based on PHPTemplate
* Actually used: Zen base template/stylesheet
* Guidelines actually implemented with Book module (drupal native module)
In order to develop the guidelines we need drupal compatible module to integrating in Drupal Framework, without any custom model schema or different template system.

In particular:
The final elements we expect from developer:
* Template files compatible with Drupal, or in alternative Html/CSS/JS used for build new guidelines navigation
* All the PHP Code required for bootstrap and adapt the system to Drupal, it's better to have already drupal-compatible code
* Documentation on decision made and generally on the guidelines system.
If needed we can send to developer an "Image" (Codebase + Schema) of our DRUPAL system, for developing on top of this.
